If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Practitioner Resource Supply, you may return it to us within 30 days of your receipt for an exchange, credit to your account or refund to your payment card. The product must be in original, unused and saleable condition; in its original, unblemished, undamaged packaging with no additions. Please refer to our return process below. All products require a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs are not included in the refunded cost.
Credit will be issued for the returned product(s) when the goods have been received and reviewed at our facility in Austin, Texas.
If returns are initiated after 30 days from purchase date, it is at the sole discretion of PRS Delivery Inc. and its agents whether or not to accept the return. If accepted, the products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Item:
If you received an item which was damaged in shipment, please retain all packaging and immediately contact our sales department at (512) 777-1698 or by email at Orders@PRSDelivery.com Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm CST for instruction and assistance.
If you desire the same item to be replaced, one will be sent to you at our expense via UPS Ground.
Please be sure that the item satisfies the requirements outlined in the return policy. Please contact our sales department at (512) 777-1698 or by email at Orders@PRSDelivery.com Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm CST to receive your return authorization number and to confirm how you'd like the return shipment and credit handled.
Once you have received your return authorization number, please note it on the original order invoice along with a brief explanation for your return of the product and include these items in the return shipment. Item can either be shipped and fully insured at your expense, or can be returned via UPS ground at our expense and deducted from the return value (if the returned value fully covers the cost of shipment). For local delivery customers, a delivery specialist can be dispatched to receive the item at additional cost.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on both the returned item(s) and new item(s) via UPS.
